Poverello Center, Inc.

The Poverello Center provides food, shelter, help and hope to all who ask. We envision a collaborative and supportive community in which everyone has a safe place to call home. For over 40 years, the Poverello Center has provided a necessary safety net for community members in Missoula and surrounding areas in western Montana, who live with hunger and homelessness. The Poverello Center Emergency Shelter and Soup Kitchen shelters people experiencing homelessness and feeds hungry people 365 days a year. Our additional services include a Food Pantry, Grocery Rescue Program, Homeless Outreach Team, Medical Respite Program and programs to support the specific needs of homeless veterans through transitional housing and case management.
