Through partnerships with farmers, food producers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and individual donors, it rescues surplus food that would otherwise go to waste and redistributes it to people in need. Every year, ABACO prevents large quantities of perfectly consumable food from being discarded while improving nutrition for vulnerable populations.
